There's a reason this is the gin that put Wandering Distillery on the map — and it's not one thing, it's the way eight things come together without a single one stepping out of line.

The nose is all juniper and citrus: clean, classic, immediately inviting. On the palate, lemon myrtle does something a little unexpected — it's brighter and more floral than lemon zest, a native Australian botanical that makes this unmistakably a Western Australian gin. Coriander and sweet orange peel fill out the mid-palate. Then the spice backbone arrives: cassia warmth, a measured hit of black pepper, and angelica root tying the whole structure together. Rosemary runs quietly through it all, a herbal thread that makes the finish linger just a little longer than you expected.

At 43% ABV it has presence — this is a gin that holds its own in a G&T and rewards drinking neat. Distilled in small batches in Perth, Western Australia. Named Champion Distillery at the 2023 Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards — one of Australia's premier spirits competitions.
