Conceived in Victoria, refined in Western Australia, and launched into the world during a global pandemic — Odyssey has taken an interesting path to get here. But then, the best journeys usually do.

Built around eight botanicals including three native and unique Australian ingredients, Odyssey starts with finger lime — a native Australian citrus that brings a bright, clean tartness unlike anything from a lemon or orange peel. Lemon myrtle follows, softer and more floral, layering citrus warmth across the mid-palate. Then hemp seed does something unexpected: it contributes a subtle earthiness and a genuinely silky mouthfeel that makes every sip feel richer than its 40% ABV would suggest. Rosemary runs quietly through the finish, giving it an herbal warmth that lingers.

At 40% ABV it's effortlessly approachable without sacrificing any character. True to the Wandering Distillery ethos, Odyssey drinks beautifully neat — and holds its own across any tonic, any time of day.
